Atari Lynx updates

An updated version of Handy, the Atari Lynx emulator is now up and available.

Changes:

V0.95

* Interrupt system re-written to make it edge triggered, see Shadow
of the beast to see the improvement, also fixes lockups in a number
of other games (Loopz/Championship Rally/Fidelity Chess)
* Command line filename input supported: handy.exe <filename>
* Pressing ESC will now exit if you started with command line as above
* For all you folks using front-ends, you can now start directly into
full-screen mode, the last used mode will be remembered exactly, so
setup your desired mode, ALT-F4 to exit, then use your command line
* When in command line mode, all screen switching is disabled
* Bug fix to ram.cpp & cart.cpp

V0.90
* Rendering subsystem rewritten
* VBL/HBL timing fixed
* Added RAM dump function to the debug menu
* Debug version now supports register & memory editing
* ZIP file support added to main code
* LSS snapshots no longer contain Cart/Rom data (LSS3 format)
* Backwards compatibility with LSS2 added
* All debugger code moved out of CLynxWindow into CDebugger object
* Handy no longer crashes when a 2nd cart is loaded during a debug session
* Fixed bug whereby Window could be restored in an offscreen position
* Note to self: DONT incremenet gSystemCycleCount within the timer loop
it always ends badly….Game stuttering.
